Jehan qualified as a physiotherapist in 1996 and has spent many years working in both NHS, private and elite sports settings and now specialises in 3 main areas; management of low back and sciatic pain, management of hamstring tendon injuries and also has an interest in hip and groin pain.
She spent 6 years working in elite sport leading the Sports Medicine team for GB Kayak to BEIJING 2008 OLYMICS and working in the top Sports Medicine clinic in London.
She is the director at JYphysiotherapy and has been established in Kingston and Surbiton since 2014.
With a Degree and a Masters in Sports Medicine she has worked with the top Sports Doctors and medical teams. She remains interested in research and keeping up to date with the current principles for management of injuries. She regularly mentors other physiotherapists and has lectured on a number of physiotherapy courses.
Jehan has completed Matwork Level 1 and Level 2 with the APPI. She can teach 1:1 and classes. She also uses concepts of strength training to design a rehabilitation programme.
Jehan is highly experienced and will be able to give you an accurate diagnosis followed by a schedule of 'hands on' treatment as well as a rehab programme to take you back to full fitness.

Mandy is a registered nutritionist and qualified sports massage therapist.
Mandy worked in the food industry as Nutrition Manager for 10 years before broadening her skills to include sports nutrition and sports massage.
A keen sports enthusiast, Mandy enjoys hockey, tennis, golf, running, yoga, skiing and catching the occasional wave! Recently she took part in the London Marathon, several open water swims and triathlons.
Mandy is passionate about health, sport and nutrition and wants to help clients achieve their ambitions from simply eating more healthily to running a marathon or preparing for an event.
She is fascinated about anatomy, physiology and keeping the body fit, healthy and functional.
Her philosophy is to nourish the body inside and out, enabling a healthier life, longevity and greater energy for your pursuits and hobbies.
Mandy also works with Richmond Rugby Football Club, and has worked with physiotherapists and private massage clients for over 3 years now.
Mandy has current memberships of The Sports Massage Association (SMA), Sports Therapy Association (STA), Association for Nutrition (AfN), Complementary Therapists Association (CThA), Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
